To access certain features, including premium tools, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without their explicit permission.

Account authentication is handled through Supabase. By creating an account, you also agree to Supabase's terms of service.

Hair Wellness Lab offers a premium subscription that unlocks access to advanced tools, including the Crown Journal, Hair Product Analyzer, Weekly Crown Check-In, and more.

Premium access is granted only while an active, paid subscription is maintained. Access is revoked immediately upon cancellation or payment failure.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate shown at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us.

We do not store your payment card details. All billing data is managed by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

Hair Wellness Lab uses Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, to generate personalized insights and recommendations. These outputs are automated and may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to premium features will end immediately.
