Refund Policy

Premium Subscriptions

Hair Wellness Lab Premium is a recurring subscription service billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

We may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription due to a billing error.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing premium features for a significant portion of your billing period.
  • You were charged for a renewal you did not authorize.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@hairwellnesslab.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

Free Tier

Hair Wellness Lab offers a free tier with access to core tools. No payment is required for the free tier, and no refund situation applies.
