You are the only person who controls access to your account. We will never ask for your password over email, chat, or any other channel.

If you ever believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you can reset your password at any time using the login page.

Profile photos are stored securely using Supabase Storage — a cloud-hosted file system with access controls. Your photo is tied to your account and used only to support your profile and community presence within Hair Wellness Lab.

You choose what you upload. Photos are never shared with third parties or used for advertising. You can update or remove your profile photo at any time from your dashboard.

For your safety, only standard image files are accepted (PNG, JPG, WEBP), and file sizes are limited to protect against misuse.

Hair Wellness Lab is designed to be a respectful, encouraging space. Content that is abusive, harmful, misleading, or intended to intimidate or harass other members is not welcome here.

Crown Creators and community members are expected to share genuine personal experiences and knowledge. The community is built around mutual support — not competition, shame, or misinformation.

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate the spirit of a safe and supportive community.

You own your content. You can update your profile, posts, and information at any time within the platform.

If you would like to delete your account or request the removal of your data, you can contact us directly. We will process your request promptly and in line with applicable privacy standards.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Hair Wellness Lab is hosted on Vercel, a secure and reliable platform used by millions of applications worldwide. All connections to Hair Wellness Lab are encrypted using HTTPS.

We apply rate limiting to sensitive actions — like login attempts, account creation, and file uploads — to protect against automated abuse and unauthorized access attempts.

Authentication is handled by Supabase, and we enforce input validation and upload safeguards throughout the platform to keep your experience clean and secure.
