DMCA & Copyright Policy

Hair Wellness Lab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement.

If you believe that content on Hair Wellness Lab infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Hair Wellness Lab may terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
